About the Role
As a Land Development Business Unit Leader, you will support the Regional Manager and Business Unit Director by providing oversight and guidance to Branch Managers. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies, budgets, and project deliverables, as well as improving internal and external quality and cost efficiencies. You will also assist in marketing the firm's capabilities, analyze operational metrics, and lead management meetings to drive productivity and profitability.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ten years in the land development / AEC industry, with at least two years leading a multidisciplinary team or managing a branch office.
- Intermediate to advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred:
- Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
- Experience in developing and implementing effective operational systems.
