As a Land Development Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and designing land development projects, which include site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility plans. You will work on various projects ranging from industrial and economic development to educational and municipal site developments, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
About You
Required:
- 2-12 years of experience in civil engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
- EIT or PE certification or on track to obtain it.
- Proficiency in AutoCad Civil 3D.
Preferred:
- Experience in project management for land development.
- Familiarity with environmental and water resources engineering.
