About the Role
As a Land Development Senior Project Manager, you will manage both the technical execution and administrative aspects of various land development projects, ensuring they align with client goals and contractual obligations. Your responsibilities will include pursuing new business, leading project teams, managing budgets and schedules, overseeing project billing, and providing mentorship to team members.
About You
Required:
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a Master’s preferred.
- Over 10 years of engineering and project management experience with Land Development projects.
- Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred or ability to obtain it.
Preferred:
- Experience with Civil 3D, MicroStation, HydroCAD, and MS Office programs.
- Proven client relationship and business development experience.
