About the Role
As a Land Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the acquisition and pre-development of land, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery while maintaining high quality standards. You will manage relationships with stakeholders, conduct thorough analyses, and oversee all aspects of real estate transactions, including site identification and negotiation.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with land acquisition, site selection for high-technology projects, or real estate evaluation and development.
- Experience managing contract negotiations and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to travel within the United States as required.
Preferred:
- Experience in data center, real estate or infrastructure development.
- Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and other real estate analysis tools.
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment for real estate development in the USA.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fluid environment.
- Ability to build consensus and influence stakeholders.
