About the Role

As a Landfill Gas Technician, you will operate and maintain landfill gas recovery and migration control systems, inspect and service leachate collection systems, monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance, and assist in the construction and modification of gas and leachate systems. You will work closely with engineers and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with safety and environmental rules.

About You

Required:

High school diploma or GED.
Two years of experience in environmental or mechanical systems maintenance.
Valid Class E driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Preferred:

Landfill Gas System Operator Certification or similar certification.
HAZWOPER training.
Experience with environmental monitoring equipment.
At least 3 years of experience in landfill gas operations or mechanical/electrical maintenance.
