A2H - Engineers • Architects • Planners is seeking a Landscape Architect to join their team in Memphis, TN. The role involves preparing expert opinions on development proposals, conducting field inspections, and managing project timelines.
About the Role
As a Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for preparing expert opinions regarding development proposals, plan amendments, and rezoning. You will conduct reviews of development plans, perform field inspections, write proposals, and engage in client interactions. Additionally, you will aid in construction administration and ensure the accuracy of technical documents through Quality Assurance reviews.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture.
- 2 to 4 years of landscape architecture experience, preferably in consulting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Sketch Up, Civil 3D and/or AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong freehand illustration and rendering skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
Preferred:
- Landscape Architecture Licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
- Demonstrated experience with client interaction and teamwork.
