About the Role
As a Landscaping Regional Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales goals, ensuring reporting accuracy, assisting with estimates, enforcing safety compliance, conducting inventory reviews, managing capital expenses, and monitoring sales performance. You will also facilitate employee development and support company initiatives to drive successful outcomes.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years of related industry experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other necessary software programs.
- Driver’s license.
- Must reside in Florida.
- Ability to acquire applicator licenses as necessary per state requirements.
- Ability to complete required safety courses upon hire.
- Ability to operate power equipment.
Preferred:
- Reside in the Orlando area.
