Jobot is seeking a LandUse Attorney (Of Counsel/Principal) to join their highly respected Pacific Northwest regional law firm, recognized for excellence in Real Estate, Environmental, and Land Use law.
About the Role
As a LandUse Attorney, you will provide counsel on a broad range of Washington land use issues, represent clients before city, county, and state agencies, and advise developers, businesses, and municipalities on zoning, land use, and environmental regulations. You will collaborate closely with the Land Use team to deliver strategic solutions and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and exceptional service.
About You
Required:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the Washington State Bar (or ability to waive in).
- Extensive experience in Washington land use law, including permitting, zoning, and regulatory matters.
- Proven ability to navigate governmental processes and represent clients in public hearings and administrative forums.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred:
- Portable book of business is a plus but not required.
