About the Role
As a Large Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for initiating and supporting sales of Workday Solutions within existing customers. Your key tasks will include account planning, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective deal management and relationship building.
About You
Required:
- 4+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position.
- 4+ years experience negotiating deals with C-Suite Executives.
- 4+ years experience building relationships with existing customers for add-on or incremental business.
- 4+ years experience developing long-term account strategies with existing customers.
Preferred:
- Experience managing longer deal cycles beyond 6 months with large deal sizes.
- Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape of the industry.
- Experience leveraging and partnering with internal team members on account strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
