As a Ph.D. Research Assistant, you will work at the intersection of Machine Learning and Integrated Circuits, specifically on System-level Design of Monolithic 3D Integration. You will be part of Dr. Tida’s research group, contributing to advanced research in this field.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering or related fields (Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering).
- Minimum GPA of 3.5/4.0.
- Strong foundation in VLSI.
- Experience in Machine Learning.
- GRE quantitative reasoning score of 165 or higher.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with EDA Tools.
- Experience applying Machine Learning in IC design.
