About the Role
As a Laundry Aide, you will be responsible for transporting clean linen, arranging linens in closets, washing personal clothing of members served, and maintaining cleanliness of linen carts. You will also be required to demonstrate the company's mission and values in your interactions with stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- High school graduation or a G.E.D. equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English and willingness to work with individuals with mental illness.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment.
Preferred:
- Prior experience as a laundry aide and/or housekeeper in a hospital, motel, or hotel setting.
- Good communication skills and a desire to work with adults with mental illness.
