- Juris Doctor (JD).
- 0–15+ years of experience in national security, intelligence, or government legal research.
- Expertise in FISA, EO 12333, Privacy Act, and FOIA frameworks.
- Strong analytical, writing, and document review skills.
- Experience supporting ODNI, IC, or DoD legal operations.
- Familiarity with discovery protocols in classified or sensitive environments.
