As a Law Clerk II, you will be responsible for conducting legal research, analyzing documents for relevance and privilege, and drafting motions and briefs. You will work independently or lead larger projects, serving as the primary interface with trial attorneys and other client staff.
About You
Required:
- Must have a law degree.
- At least two to three years of experience in litigation support projects.
- Sound knowledge of federal and state court systems and legal research procedures.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Familiarity with legal research tools such as LEXIS and Westlaw.
- Hands-on experience with various computer applications including word processing and databases.
- Familiarity with ESI tools and eDiscovery procedures.
- DOJ MBI must be obtainable (US Citizenship required).
