About the Role
As a Law Enforcement Liaison, you will be responsible for investigating customers on fraud, monitoring and drafting legislation, developing new programs and training, and working with law enforcement on theft alerts. You will also attend conferences to educate DMV and law enforcement communities on the company's initiatives and programs, and seek opportunities to grow the business while being alert to potential threats.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 10 years of experience in Law Enforcement, preferably in automotive theft.
- Knowledge of the automobile industry.
- Ability to communicate with law enforcement agencies.
- Ability to write reports.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to read, write and understand legislation.
- Strong investigative skills.
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
