As a Client Experience Manager - Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with firm protocols, preparing audit reports, identifying areas for improvement, and participating in the development of the firm's quality control program. You will also evaluate client guidelines and assist in organizing audits for firm clients, requiring daily interaction with attorneys and staff.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 7+ years of experience in insurance claims handling and qualitative auditing.
Preferred:
- Experience in insurance claims auditing from the insurance company perspective.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
