About the Role
As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will work outdoors on various properties, diagnosing lawn issues and applying treatments. You will have the autonomy to select appropriate products and communicate with clients about their lawn care needs. This position emphasizes problem-solving and process improvement while ensuring the health of client landscapes.
About You
Required:
- A Degree in Turf, Entomology, Plant Sciences, Horticulture, or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in lawn care maintenance and turf application.
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- The ability to run various types of equipment and perform heavy lifting in various weather conditions.
- The appropriate Pesticide/Herbicide Applicator's License(s), or the ability to obtain one.
Preferred:
- A desire to grow and improve processes.
- Valid driver's license, CDL a plus.
