About the Role
As a LDRP Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will collaborate with the Nurse Manager to coordinate resources for a specified unit, maintain established standards of practice, and ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations. You will lead the nursing team, facilitate interdisciplinary approaches to patient care, and participate in quality improvement programs.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Current Massachusetts state RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years of Clinical Nursing experience in an acute care setting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred:
- Minimum of 5 years of Clinical Nursing experience.
- Advanced certification in applicable area.
