Sturdy Health is seeking a LDRP Clinical Nurse Coordinator for Evenings/Nights (36hrs, 7pm-7am) to join their team in Attleboro, MA. The role involves providing direct patient care, directing nursing care, and performing administrative activities while supporting staff.
About the Role
As a LDRP Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will collaborate with the Nurse Manager to coordinate resources for a specified unit, create an environment conducive to maintaining established standards of practice, and ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations. You will lead nursing care delivery, facilitate interdisciplinary approaches, monitor patient care assignments, and participate in quality improvement programs.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's degree in nursing.
Current Massachusetts state RN license.
Minimum of 2 years of Clinical Nursing experience in an acute care setting.
Current BLS certification.
ACLS certification for specific units.
Preferred:
Minimum of 5 years of Clinical Nursing experience.
Advanced certification in applicable area.
