About the Role
As a Lead/Senior AI Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing survey platform integrations, designing scalable job orchestration systems, and building AI agents to analyze survey data. You will collaborate closely with the product team to align technical solutions with product goals, ensuring efficient processing of large-scale datasets and contributing to the Next.js/React codebase.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of full-stack development experience with modern TypeScript/JavaScript frameworks.
- 2+ years of experience building and maintaining job orchestration systems.
- Experience integrating with survey platforms or similar third-party APIs at scale.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience using AI tools for software development.
- Strong data engineering fundamentals including ETL pipelines and data normalization.
Preferred:
- Experience operating in a product-led growth environment.
- Familiarity with growth analytics tooling and methodologies.
- Knowledge of survey methodology and common survey data structures.
- Experience with serverless platforms and understanding of cold start optimization.
- Bonus: Experience with data visualization and building insights dashboards.
