About the Role
As a Lead - Phlebotomist, you will support departmental goals by training and monitoring staff, travel to multiple worksite locations, perform venipuncture on patients of all ages, collect and prepare non-blood specimens, and champion safety and compliance in the lab.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record for the past three years.
- Previous phlebotomy training or experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
Preferred:
- 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing.
- Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians.
