Summary
Cognizant is seeking a Lead .Net Developer (Angular) to join their team in Charlotte, NC. The role involves designing and developing scalable, cloud-native applications and microservices using modern technologies.
About the Role
As a .NET Full Stack Lead, you will be responsible for building scalable APIs and microservices using .NET Core (.NET 8), developing backend components with C# (C# 12), designing complex queries in SQL Server and PostgreSQL, creating dynamic front-end applications with Angular (Angular 17), and deploying containerized applications using Docker on AWS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews and performance tuning.
About You
Required:
- Strong experience with .NET Core (.NET 8) and C# (C# 12).
- Proven experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices using clean architecture principles.
- Hands-on experience with Angular 11 and above (preferably Angular 17).
- Proficiency in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Experience working with AWS services including Lambda, ECS, EKS, and Kafka.
- Solid understanding of containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with state management tools like NgRx and reactive programming using RxJS.
Preferred:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of cloud-native application development and serverless architecture.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
