Salesforce is seeking a Lead Account Solution Engineer - Public Sector to join their team in Austin, TX. The role involves collaborating with customers and internal teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences in the public sector.
About the Role
As a Lead Account Solution Engineer, you will coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle, understand customer needs, and establish Salesforce's products as the best solutions for unique challenges. You will develop and deliver custom solutions, present demos to key decision-makers, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer’s transformational journey.
About You
Required:- 5+ years combined experience working with Salesforce and/or other CRM solutions.
- 3+ years of solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or customer success for an enterprise software solution organization.
- 2+ years working with Public Sector agencies.
Preferred:- Salesforce certifications related to Artificial Intelligence, specifically generative AI and LLM concepts.
- Proven oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience implementing Digital Transformation strategies.
