Molina Healthcare is seeking a Lead Analyst - Technical PM Identity and Access Management to join their team in Savannah, GA. The role involves managing activities to design, implement, and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies.

About the Role

As a Lead Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing IAM-related projects, mentoring software engineers, performing business role analysis, and collaborating with IT teams to optimize user lifecycle management. You will also manage access reviews, audits, and compliance processes, while acting as a liaison between IT, business, and compliance teams to align IAM initiatives with organizational needs.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
5-7 years’ experience supporting, designing and/or implementing application changes.

Preferred:

Master's Degree.
Knowledge of QNXT or QMACS or Centricity CPS.
Experience with SharePoint and MS Project.
