Summary
UL Solutions is seeking a Lead Auditor CRS to join their team in Brea, CA. The role involves performing high-level assessments of quality systems in various manufacturing sites and ensuring compliance with GMP and quality standards.
About the Role
As a Lead Auditor, you will assess and report on facilities' operational conditions according to established industry standards for GMP, Quality Systems, and Food Safety initiatives. You will maintain technical knowledge, mentor trainees and auditors, and lead complex audits requiring advanced analysis and detailed reporting. You will also be responsible for completing audit agendas and reports within specified timeframes and conducting a minimum of 10 audit days per month.
About You
Required:
- University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor’s degree) required.
- Four years related work experience in manufacturing or retail sectors in quality assurance or food safety.
- Must hold one or more scope specific professional credential(s), such as GFSI recognized auditor credential or Pharmaceutical GMP Professional Certification.
Preferred:
- Graduate Science Degree in Food or Pharma Sciences, Engineering, Technology, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and proficiency in a second language.
- Ability to lead a team of auditors and address high executive audiences.
