About the Role
As a Lead Behavioral Health Therapist, you will provide hands-on clinical care, lead team meetings, offer consultation and supervision, create a welcoming environment, collaborate with referring parties, oversee staff training, review documentation, and mentor staff. You will ensure that care remains person-centered, trauma-informed, and community-based, while also developing treatment plans and assessing patient progress.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related Behavioral Health Sciences.
- License must be in good standing in state(s) of practice.
- Ability to provide direct clinical supervision for staff.
Preferred:
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Experience in a variety of treatment modalities.
