About the Role
As a Lead Business Analyst, you will supervise a small team of Business Analysts, guide stakeholder engagement sessions, ensure rigorous capture and validation of metadata, and maintain high standards of documentation quality and compliance. You will lead critical data-related efforts in a collaborative environment, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and privacy standards.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive business analysis experience, including at least 3-5 years in a lead or supervisory capacity on federal, healthcare, or regulated data initiatives.
- Active Secret security clearance (or eligibility) at the level required for federal access.
Preferred:
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) certification.
- Experience leading business analysis efforts in federal data governance or health IT programs.
- Familiarity with data modeling, metadata standards, data lineage concepts, and quality assurance processes.
