- Bachelor's degree in business or a related area
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Strong understanding of branding fundamentals with ability to manage and communicate cross-functional initiatives
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Exceptional project management, time management, and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong grammar, editing, and proofreading abilities
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Consultative mindset with ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working with senior leaders and diverse teams in a matrixed, often virtual, environment
- Strong leadership skills with ability to prioritize, delegate, and drive collaborative efforts
- Self-starter with initiative, resourcefulness, creativity, and persistence
- Energetic, enthusiastic, flexible, and proactive attitude
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or graphic design skills
- Demonstrated ability to shape and lead educational initiatives such as online seminars and live workshops
- Strategic and tactical thinker with ability to balance big-picture vision with attention to detail
