About the Role
About You
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 1-2 years’ experience with children in camps, childcare, tutoring, or nannying.
- Experience planning and implementing group activities.
- Completed 12 credits of 100-level or above college-level coursework and have a GED or high school diploma.
- Ability to model and demonstrate YMCA values: caring, respect, responsibility, and honesty.
- Knowledge of and previous experience with diverse populations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
