As a Lead Caregiver, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of seniors are met. You will support and guide a team of caregivers, collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members on personalized care plans, maintain accurate records of client care, and foster a positive team environment.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in senior care or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
- Admin skills.
- Willingness to travel to Maricopa County.
