About You
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass a state and national background check.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean driving record.
- One year experience in home care, AFH, hospital, or nursing home setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Smartphone with ability to download and utilize the AxisCare app.
- Active state NAC/CNA or HCA license.
- Experience providing care at different levels beyond companionship.
