You will manage day-to-day operations, track performance indicators, and collaborate with management to meet departmental goals. Additionally, you will handle client inquiries and assist in resolving issues promptly.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Three years of experience as a patient service representative or similar role required.
Preferred:
- Associate’s degree preferred; relevant work experience may be substituted.
- Experience training or mentoring others in an office setting preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
