About the Role
As a Lead Clinical Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies, conducting interviews, and providing a positive candidate experience. You will partner with hiring managers to identify candidates, maintain the Applicant Tracking System, and evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting programs. Success will be measured by adherence to policies and achievement of hiring metrics.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience as a sourcing professional or full-cycle recruiter.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Greenhouse ATS.
- Experience with LinkedIn and social media platforms.
