About the Role
As a Lead Clinician, TFC, you will coordinate intake and referrals, ensure fair case assignments, provide direct therapy services, conduct psychosocial assessments, and maintain compliance with contract requirements. You will also supervise staff, manage budgets, and develop relationships with community agencies while ensuring effective operations and adherence to agency policies.
About You
Required:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Human Services or equivalent field of study from an accredited college.
- LMSW required.
- Two (2) years post Master’s experience in clinical practice.
- Demonstrate excellent clinical, therapeutic and crisis intervention skills.
- Demonstrated supervisory, verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess professional licensure or registration.
- Computer skills sufficient to perform essential functions including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Must be 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and at least 3 years driving experience in the U.S.
Preferred:
- Bilingual preferred.
- UC/ORR experience preferred.
