Summary
ERM is hiring a Lead Construction HSE Manager to provide on-site support for their key pharmaceutical client in Lehigh Valley, PA. The role involves leading a safety team for construction activities and ensuring health and safety compliance.
About the Role
As the Lead Construction HSE Manager, you will serve as the Site Lead for ERM’s HSE owner’s representative team, guiding the implementation and continuous improvement of the HSE management system on a pharmaceutical megaproject. You will provide daily direction to a team of HSE Managers, conduct risk assessments, support environmental program development, and foster relationships with project stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, safety, or occupational health and safety, or a related degree.
- 20 years of on-site experience in construction-specific project health & safety with a minimum of 8 years of management experience.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA General Industry and construction standards.
Preferred:
- Certification in the field: CHST, ASP, and/or CSP.
- Pharmaceutical or high-tech project experience.
- Experience with mega construction project execution.
