About the Role
As a Lead Custodian, you will be responsible for directing and training custodial staff, planning work assignments, and ensuring high-quality custodial services in various residential buildings. You will also handle inventory management of cleaning supplies, communicate with management regarding operational needs, and provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
About You
Required:
- 3 years of work experience in custodial services.
- Custodial cleaning operation experience, including experience in use of custodial equipment such as buffers and floor machines.
Preferred:
- Experience in overseeing custodial services, preferably in a college/university housing, hotel or property management.
- Basic computer skills: MS Word, Excel, CalAgenda, email TMA maintenance request system.
