About the Role
As a Lead Custodian, you will follow routine cleaning and maintenance procedures to ensure a high standard of safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities include performing custodial work such as sweeping, mopping, and minor maintenance repairs, as well as managing custodial staff and communicating with supervisors about supply needs and building concerns.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous custodial experience required.
Preferred:
- Three (3) to Five (5) years of custodial experience preferred.
- Ability to read, write and speak Basic English and Spanish.
