About the Role
As a Lead Customer Engineer, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide technical solutions. Your responsibilities will include creating models and technical presentations, providing key engineering documents, and engaging with various engineering teams to support design proposals. You will also help devise strategies to differentiate products and develop trusted relationships with key customers.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience providing technical support in the connector industry.
- Proficient in 3D modeling and Product Data Management (e.g., Creo and Windchill).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Some knowledge of server/storage/networking/data center rack level architectures.
- Some experience with industry specifications (UL, EIA, IEC, Telcordia, etc.).
