About the Role
As a Lead Data Scientist, you will translate product goals into a metrics strategy, lead strategic initiatives, and drive improvements in business results. You will define audience segmentation, prioritize investments, and prove impact through measurement and experimentation. Your responsibilities include building a measurement foundation, leading UGC initiatives, developing models, and driving cross-functional alignment.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in Data Science with demonstrated shipped impact.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; comfort with Spark and large-scale data.
- Deep fluency in experiment design and measurement.
- Strong product sense and executive communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience evaluating LLM/AI systems in production.
- Familiarity with causal inference methods beyond AB tests.
