About the Role

As a Lead Dimensional Engineer, you will support and lead dimensional engineering activities for large scale product development programs. Your responsibilities will include performing variation simulation analysis (VSA) using tools like 3DCS, building vehicle level dimensional simulation models, applying GD&T standards, documenting findings, providing guidance to junior engineers, and acting as a liaison between global teams and clients. You will also monitor project progress and support management with proposals and scheduling.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in engineering and 8+ years relevant experience OR master's degree in engineering and 6+ years relevant experience.
Minimum 6 years of experience in Dimensional Engineering or related area.
6+ years practical VSA experience using tools like 3DCS.
Basic understanding of Computer-Aided Design (CAD), preferably CATIA.
Good understanding of GD&T standards.
Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office.

Preferred:

Education in Mechanical, Mechanical Technology, Aerospace, Automotive, or Manufacturing.
Minimum 2 years of project lead experience managing projects.
