About the Role
As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you will produce high-quality technical deliverables, apply engineering techniques, lead the development of electrical system concepts, and manage project activities including writing proposals and establishing budgets. You will collaborate with multi-discipline teams and maintain client relationships while ensuring workplace safety.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with electrical building systems emphasis.
- 7+ years of experience in designing electrical systems for high performing commercial or industrial projects.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE).
- Experience mentoring and training others in the field.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems and codes.
- Attention to detail, highly organized, self-starter.
Preferred:
- Enhancing credentials (LEED, Uptime ATD, etc.) preferred.
- Experience with the analysis and modeling of short circuit coordination and arc flash studies.
- Mission Critical/Data Center experience.
- Experience with international projects and knowledge of international codes and standards.
