About the Role
As a Lead Engineer - Fluids Systems, you will be responsible for managing a multi-disciplinary team, executing system and component analyses, integrating engine components, and validating designs through testing. You will also communicate key trade studies to leadership, guide less experienced engineers, and manage program deliverables while applying established program management skills.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in design engineering.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to document, plan, and execute projects.
- Flexible, friendly, and collaborative approach to working within hybrid on- and off-site teams.
- Highly motivated self-starter who is passionate about inventing the next generation of aerospace technology.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills.
- Ability to work within cross-functional teams to ensure the task is completed on time.
