About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology from an accredited college or university.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with the ability to work in a 24/7 operation.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team while providing task-oriented direction.
- Specific, in-depth technical knowledge and expertise in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years’ experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with external technical service providers.
- Familiarity with capital projects, machine installations, and start-ups.
- Direct experience problem solving complex challenges.
