About the Role

As a Lead Engineering Manager, you will contribute to defining and refining an engineering vision that aligns with business objectives. You will champion the integrated engineering strategy and technology roadmap, drive achievement of engineering KPIs, mentor engineering talent, and maintain a customer-centric focus. Your responsibilities will include establishing engineering standards, influencing decision-making processes, and engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline.
15+ years of proven experience with programming languages and frameworks such as Python, C#, Java, Node.js, and Golang.
8+ years of hands-on experience with cloud-native integration services on platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
5+ years of experience with defining and driving engineering KPIs.
Must be a US Citizen and legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Preferred:

Advanced degree (e.g., MS) in a relevant field.
3+ years of experience with AI/ML and familiarity with the latest GenAI models.
Proven track record of leading and mentoring diverse engineering teams.
Strong understanding of security, privacy, and compliance requirements in enterprise software engineering.
