About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of proven experience with programming languages and frameworks such as Python, C#, Java, Node.js, Golang, .NET Core.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with cloud-native integration services on platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- 5+ years of experience with defining and driving engineering KPIs and implementing engineering maturity models.
- Must be a US Citizen and legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
- Advanced degree (e.g., MS) in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience with AI/ML and familiarity with the latest GenAI models.
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring diverse engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of security, privacy, and compliance requirements in enterprise software engineering.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $130,900 to $268,700.
- Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program based on performance.
