About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in facilities mechanical engineering within advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, or cleanroom-based industries.
- Proven expertise in design and operations of mechanical systems, including HVAC, cleanroom controls, DEHUs, chillers, and compressed air systems.
- Strong understanding of mechanical codes, cleanroom classification standards (ISO 14644), and energy management principles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale capital projects from concept through commissioning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical, operational, and business priorities.
- Proficient in facilities engineering software tools, CAD, and energy modeling.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
