About You
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or similar quantitative subject.
- 4+ years of relevant financial analysis experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
- Ability to excel in a high-paced environment.
- Experience working with various organization teams and leadership.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in quality and risk management.
- Project and change management experience.
- Business process improvement experience.
- Experience formulating and delivering action plans for high profile strategic initiatives.
- Experience developing innovative solutions to business issues.
- 4+ years of experience with SAP Analysis for Office, SAP Business Client, and other financial applications.
- 4+ years of experience in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Must be able to work with a team that is primarily based in east coast time.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
- Familiarity with government contracts.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with a matrix organizational structure.
- Professional services financial experience.
- Experience working with offshore and remote teams.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $84,300 to $155,400.
- Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program based on performance.
