About the Role
As a Lead Financial Systems Developer, you will serve as a strategic partner to various teams including Accounting, Procurement, and Engineering. Your responsibilities will include managing Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls, overseeing NetSuite management, designing custom solutions, identifying automation opportunities, and collaborating with stakeholders to define system requirements.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience building and supporting finance systems in a global organization, particularly with NetSuite, Coupa, and Workday Expense.
- 7+ years of experience in SuiteFlow workflows, SuiteBuilder, SuiteScript, and Javascript.
- Strong understanding of business processes across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Acquire-to-Retire, and Design-to-Build and Warehouse Management.
- Proven ability to deliver complex customized solutions within the NetSuite Platform using SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, and SuiteScripts.
- Experience working for a public company with strong knowledge of IT related controls required for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
Preferred:
- NetSuite Certified Administrator.
- NetSuite Certified SuiteCloud Developer.
- NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant.
- Familiarity with financial planning tools such as Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan.
- Experience with AI-driven tools or automation platforms.
- Experience working in a logistics and transportation industry.
- Experience with NetSuite Projects.
- Understanding of Cost Accounting.
