About the Role
About You
- 5+ years of experience in the installation and/or maintenance of commercial fire alarm or security systems.
- Experience leading technicians through structured on-the-job training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing.
- Understanding of network components and workstation/server operating system management, IP addressing, and subnetting.
- Ability to differentiate types/colors of wire and use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet.
- Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
- High school diploma or state-recognized GED; Associate degree in electronics or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in the installation and/or maintenance of commercial fire alarm or security systems.
- Ability to read/understand design and construction documents.
- NICET Fire Alarm Certification Level 3.
