About the Role
As a Lead Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications using Flutter. You will ensure seamless cross-platform performance, lead efforts in integrating complex RESTful APIs, and implement best practices for secure app development. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers and maintain high-performance codebases.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in mobile application development with a strong focus on Flutter.
- Proven expertise in iOS and Android app deployment, including publishing on App Store and Google Play.
- Strong proficiency in API integration, including RESTful APIs and OAuth authentication.
- Extensive knowledge of clean architecture and state management frameworks.
- Exceptional skills in translating UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive code.
Preferred:
- Experience with secure coding practices and mobile app security.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead development teams.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies such as Scrum, XP, Kanban, LeSS, or SAFe.
