About the Role
As a Lead Food Services staff member, you will assist in the operation of Food and Nutrition services, maintain employee schedules, and resolve customer issues. Your responsibilities include tray assembly, food preparation, serving customers, cash handling, and ensuring cleanliness and safety in the workplace. You will also assist in training staff and contribute to improving department scores for employee engagement and patient satisfaction.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent education.
- Three years in hospitality or industry operation with two years of progressive lead/supervisory experience.
Preferred:
- Cash handling experience.
- Food Handler Permit or Certified Food Manager certification.
